We hope you’ve received your CALCORE Trucking luggage tag package and are getting excited for Summer 2025!

Pickup is scheduled for this Sunday, June 22.
You should have received a text message with your estimated pickup time, which is subject to change.

Pickup Instructions:

On the day of pickup, please place all tagged luggage by your front door. Our team will handle pickup and ensure your items are delivered door to door—straight to your bunk at camp.

Even with CALCORE luggage tags, please make sure your name is clearly written on each item.

Shipping drawers?
We strongly recommend taping drawers shut to prevent them from opening during transit.
Tags can be either taped to the top of the drawer (recommended) or attached to the side using the included zip-tie.

Haven’t received your luggage tags yet?
Please email us at support@calcoretrucking.com. Our drivers will have extra tags on hand if needed.

Sending more bags than originally ordered?
Please double-check your order. Any luggage not paid for will not be picked up.
For example, if you only purchased one bag but are sending two, the second bag will not be taken unless an additional item is purchased.

Orders placed after Friday, June 13:
Tags for these orders will arrive with the truck drivers at pickup, as they were placed too late to be shipped in advance.

FAQs:

Do I need to be home for pickup or delivery?

No, you do not need to be home. We strongly recommend placing your trunks outside in a clearly visible and accessible spot for our drivers. If you won’t be home, please email us with specific instructions on where the luggage will be located. Obviously, if it’s raining, please do not leave your bags outside.

What kind of luggage can I send?
You may send trunks, duffels, or camp-style drawers—no size restrictions or oversize fees.

What if my luggage is damaged in transit?
While we do everything possible to prevent damage, please notify us of any issues within two weeks of delivery (to camp or home). We cannot accept claims after that period.
